Location
As much as the style of the property / space is essential to being a shoot location, there are other factors which are essential to being a great location too including access for crew & equipment, parking availability etc… Please consider these elements when applying.Features
We are looking for properties & outdoor locations with fantastic & unusual features. We look for details such as original period details, fireplaces, high ceilings, interesting materials & textures, usual outbuildings & backdrops. We’d love to see any architectural & interior features which may be of interest in your application.Interior Decor
The most important thing we are looking for is something that little bit special & unique! Fantastic homes with beautiful interiors, gorgeous gardens and/or unique exterior builds which would be great for our clients.Rooms
Non-crowded rooms with plenty of space for a crew and their equipment are what we are looking for. A variety of furniture can be appealing to clients but try to avoid too much clutter or personal belongings on show. Room size is important, your location needs to have ample space for a crew to work and store their equipment too.Rooms such as utility rooms, boot rooms & garden rooms can be handy for storing equipment & a self-contained breakout area for crew in a bonus too.
Lighting
Large, light and bright interior spaces with lots of natural lighting is preferable for shoot locations. Neutral interiors are most popular as it makes the property more versatile for a client, however feature & bold spaces can be great too!Outdoor Spaces
Similar to interior spaces, outdoor locations require suitable access & parking, and something special about them, whether it’s a beach, woodland, open fields or something completely different, it needs to be unique.We are always on the look out for new and exciting locations across the UK and internationally to join our library.
