Light-filled Victorian Factory

A collection of 4 images of our SPF732 London location. This large space offers texture through the Victorian exposed brick walls and oak flooring. Industrial balcony on the second floor and a bespoke staircase in the same style.

Kicking off with this unique space, London shoot location SPF732 is a Victorian factory conversion based in Greater London, with a perfect balance of architecturally significant, historic and contemporary features. This fabulous location space offers a 2,000 square-foot open plan ground floor, complimented with double-height ceilings and timeless 20-foot arched windows. The exposed Victorian brickwork and quarter-sawn reclaimed oak floor offers masculine backdrops and textures with large windows to draw in an abundance of natural light. This industrial photoshoot space has recently undergone a full renovation to the highest quality with attention to detail. A double-height reception area, fully integrated kitchen and large bedrooms offer a multitude of space and opportunities within this photoshoot location.

Its industrial-style doors allow for lots of natural light to filter through and enhance the pops of colour on the wallpaper designs and soft furnishings which truly brings this space to life. This large open-plan living space allows for large production crews and has the option of painting and decorating (subject to brief).

Our luxurious French-style home located in London. With rich tones of gold and red, tall ceilings which compliment the dining spaces and large open rooms.

This incredible Louis XV1 palace-style London location house is set in beautiful gardens. Packed with statues, chandeliers, pillars and gold cornices, it also boasts a gold piano. Built and owned by a prince, it exudes elegance and luxury. This location offers commodious shoot spaces with high ceilings and large historical windows. With 360-degree views looking out onto the hustle and bustle of London, this contemporary filming location and photography studio is complete with an abundance of natural light and an entire studio floor space ideal for filming and photoshoots. This space is complimented with an open plan layout and luxurious industrial feel, featuring floor-to-ceiling north and south-facing windows which consume the space with natural light, this location is a blank space with uninterrupted views of the iconic skyline. This penthouse shoot location is lightly furnished with a large boardroom table, soft seating, and plush velvet sofas.
